How much are the fees?
It depends on the type and size of the matter. After reviewing the file, we set the fees in a written contract before any step. For financial claims, the fee is a percentage of the amount collected, paid after collection.
How long does a case take?
It depends on the court, the type of claim and how the other party responds. We give you our estimate after reviewing the file.
Do I need to attend hearings?
In most cases we attend on your behalf under a power of attorney. If the court requires you, we tell you in good time.
Can I send my matter on WhatsApp?
Yes. We reply within 24 hours at most. Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
Do you work outside Jeddah?
Yes, we serve clients across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
